Bei der Themperatur hast Du Dich vertippt 8) - sollte wohl 29° werden ...
Nun ja, ist schon blöd wenn einem ein Tier wegstirbt, aber manchmal kann man da halt nix machen.
Hattest Du Dir den Bauch genau angeschaut? Das schlagen mit den Flossen könnte auf einen Parasit oder jucken (wenn's das bei Welsen gibt) hindeuten - muss aber nicht.

Vielleicht können die Experten ja mehr sagen als ich :roll:


Zum Glück hat's mich bei den Zebra's noch nicht getroffen. Hab' alle bis jetzt im Griff ...

Es wurde auch am Becken seit dem Einsetzen vor einem halben Jahr nichts verändert, außer regelmäßigem WW und Filterreinigung. Auch war kein neues Futter im Spiel. Die Wasserwerte sind auch wie immer (ph 7, LW 240, T 19°, kaum Niatrat...)
Ich denke es war ein Einzelfall und hab mir gedacht, man kann vielleicht anhand der Symptome irgendwas sagen. Der Wels hat auch so nervös mit den Brustflossen geschlagen.

Wenn Du Symptome einer Krankheit bemerkst, solltest Du SOFORT reagieren - und nicht erst zwei Wochen später :!:

So, Schelte aus und ernsthafter Modus an ...


Wenn ein Zebra rötliche stellen zeigt, geht's ihm nicht gut.
Wenn dann auch noch die schützende Deckung verlassen wird sollten alle Alarmglocken angehen.
Wenn die schwimmbewegungen schon unkontrolliert sind, kannst Du dich zu 99% verabschieden.

Ist das Farbe / Verhalten der Anderen normal?
Wurde was am Becken verändert?
Dann wären mal die Wasserwerte intressant.

vor 2 Wochen ist einer von 10 Jungwelsen 4-5cm gestorben. Ich ziehe die Welse schon seit einem halben Jahr auf und hab natürlich schon damit gerechnet, dass sich mal einer verabschieden könnte.
Mich würd jetzt nur interessieren, was der Wels gehabt hat. Er war die letzten 3 Tage fast immer heraußen, war leicht rötlich und ist meistens spiralenförmig geschwommen, zum schluß wie ein Drehwurm.
Kennt vielleicht jemand diese Symptome? Hoffentlich ist es nichts ansteckendes.
Vielleicht weiß ja jemand was.
