Meine großen Zebras mögen das auf jeden Fall sehr.
Nichtsdestotrotz werde ich mir das für die Zukunft überlegen,
ob ich nicht doch darauf verzichten sollte.

Dankeschön an alle für die Anteilnahme und Hilfe.
Ganz aufklären lässt sich das plötzliche Sterben der drei Kleinen
eh nicht,somit werde dich das ganze unter der Kategorie "Scheißtage
der Aquaristik" verbuchen.

Leider werden solche Geschehnisse bei jedem Aquarianer
früher oder später mal auftreten und gehören wohl zu diesem
wunderbaren Hobby dazu.

ich füttere nur noch bei meinen Scalaren Frostfutter - und das nur sehr selten). Trockenfutter wird beim Transport / Lagerung bestimmt nicht schlecht. Bei Frostfutter kann das schon mal passieren.

Wie geschrieben hatte ich mir Fräskopfwürmer eingefangen. Zum Glück (eigentlich mein Unglück - mein Lieblingswels ist gestorben) konnte ich die Gefahr an meinem Wohnzimmerbecken erkennen. Und auch Glück - an einem L144, der sich auch im hellen mal "von unten" zeigt (an der Scheibe).
Da wird man dann schnell aufmerksam.
Bei den Zebras hatte ich zum Glück ein paar Guppies mit drin, wo dann gleich ein paar dran glauben durften - zum sezieren. Unter dem Mikroskop dann das Übel, auch das Zebrabecken betroffen.
Ich möchte behaupten das es viel schlimmer gekommen wäre, wenn ich das an den Zebras diagnostizieren müssen.
Meine zeigen nämlich keinen Bauch - und ob ich das "schütteln" und scheuern erkannt hätte - hmm?
Ich öffne seitdem jeden verstorbenen Fisch und schaue mir den Darm an.

Habe heute morgen drei meiner kleinen Zebrawelse tot aufgefunden.
Sie bewohnten ein 54l Aufzuchtbecken zusammen mit kleinen L333.
Die Welse hatten alle eine größe von 3-4cm.

Das komische ist,dass es den L333 allen gut geht.
Die einzigen die gestorben sind,waren die Zebras.
Ich kann mir nicht erklären woran,da das Becken schon mehrere
Monate so läuft.
Aufällig bei den toten Welsen waren schwarze Bäuche.

Das Becken filtere ich mit einem Luftheber und einem Aquaball
Innenfilter. Temperatur waren ungefähr 29 Grad und zusätzlich
hängt noch ein Sprudelstein drin.
Gefüttert habe ich zuletzt Cyclops Eeze und Spirulinapulver in wohl-
dosierter Menge.

Gestern Abend habe ich den Schwamm des Lufthebers im
Wechselwasser ausgewaschen,war das der Fehler?
